Agreement Terms

Referral Fee

Receiving Broker/Agent agrees to pay Referring Broker/Agent a thirty percent (30%) referral fee of the gross commission received on any real estate transaction consummated with a client referred through The Agent Navigator platform.
Referral fee is due within ten (10) business days after the transaction is completed.

Use of Referral Form
For each specific client referral, the parties will complete the Referral Contract form to document the referral particulars.
Term and Termination

This Agreement will remain effective as long as the Receiving Broker/Agent maintains an account and uses The Agent Navigator platform.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by written notice.
Termination shall not affect obligations relating to referrals made prior to termination.

Agent Representations

Receiving Broker/Agent represents they are duly licensed and in good standing in all applicable jurisdictions.
Any changes in license status or brokerage affiliation must be promptly reported to Referring Broker/Agent.

Entire Agreement
This Agreement and any addendums, together with any executed Referral Contract Form for specific clients, constitutes the full understanding between the parties.
